For one afternoon only,Pinoy Idol UK returns! A much awaited 3rd season on Saturday,  13March2010, 12-5pm in Piccadilly, Manchester

23 confirmed!!
This year, we’re currently looking for a line up of up to 24 new contestants.Twenty one had already been confirmed from Liverpool, Blackpool, Leigh, Bolton, Eccles, Salford, Oldham, Stockport, Wilmslow, Rochdale, Bradford and London.

2010
There will be 2 categories in the 2010 competition. Contestant aged 16 or under will be included in the Junior category where 1 champion will be chosen. Contestants aged 17 years and over will compete in the Senior category and 1 champion will be chosen as well.

The show will commence with a production number from the contestants, followed by the first round of the competition proper, where each contestant will sing any English song of their choice.The top 3 from each categorywill be chosen to compete for the final round, where they will once again sing their second song of choice, English or Filipino performed by a Filipino artist. TWO Champions, One from each category will then be chosen!

2008
In 2008 21 contestants fom Liverpool, Leigh, Oldham, Manchester, Wilmslow, Bolton, Bradford, and from Wakefield all the way up to Hul competed. Alexandra Ednalan, 11 years old won 1st place, and Amy Shelton and Jason Bergania were the runners-up respectively. Witnessed by 600 very interactive, well appreciative crowd, and complimented by a masterful and entertaining host, Theo Fernandez, Pinoy Idol UK has truly become an unforgettable event worth watching.

The 2008 Pinoy Idol judges was lead by singer/composer Vangel Lapore.This time, he ensures that one of the top 6 Pinoy Idol will not only get cash and trophy, but will have the opportunity to record an original composition as well, which will be distributed across the web for digital download.

Travel advisory and Parking info

Car / Coach - There is curently road works in front of the venue with some re-routes so please leave plenty of time when to ensure you reach the venue on time. Doors will be open by 12nn.

Parking - NCP's Tib st . and Church st is only 1 block away

Train - Manchester Picadilly station in only 5 minutes walk towards Picadilly gardens.
